System Requirements
Make sure your computer meets these requirements before installing EnterGYM Desktop.
Install EnterGYM
Six quick steps and you're ready to log in.
Download EnterGymSetup.exe
Grab the installer from your dashboard or the link provided by EnterGYM.
Double-click the installer
Locate the downloaded file and open it to begin setup.
Click Next
Review the setup wizard welcome screen and continue.
Choose installation folder
Use the default location, or pick a folder of your choice.
Click Install
The installer copies all required files to your computer.
Finish installation
Click Finish and launch EnterGYM Desktop for the first time.
First Login
Sign in with the details provided by EnterGYM to connect your gym account.
Sign in to EnterGYM

Configure Camera
Pick the right camera and confirm the preview before continuing.
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Select the correct webcam from the dropdown list.
- Verify the live preview shows a clear, well-lit image.
- Save settings to apply your camera selection.
Enroll Members
Capture a member's face profile in a few simple steps.
Click Enroll
Open the enrollment screen from the dashboard.
Enter member details
Fill in the member's name and basic information.
Stand in front of the camera
Position the member centered in the frame.
Look straight
Face the camera directly for the first capture.
Slowly turn left and right
Capture different face angles for better accuracy.
Wait for embeddings to capture
The progress indicator confirms when capture is complete.
Click Finish
Save the enrolled profile to complete the process.

Start Attendance
Recognition happens automatically — no extra clicks required.
Open Attendance screen
Navigate to the Attendance tab in the app.
Stand in front of the camera
Position yourself within the camera frame.
Wait for face recognition
The system scans and matches the enrolled profile.
Attendance marked automatically
No buttons to press — recognition does it all.

Camera Not Working
- Check camera permissions in Windows settings.
- Close other apps using the webcam.
Face Not Detected

- Verify the Gym URL is correct.
Login Failed
- Verify your phone number.
- Verify your password.
