EnterGYM is a cloud-based gym management platform operated by Arrow SoftTech. We provide gym owners with tools to manage members, billing, attendance,push notifications, GST billing, and AI-powered features — all in one isolated, secure platform.

Each gym on EnterGYM operates on a fully isolated subdomain (e.g., yourgym.entergym.in), ensuring complete data separation between businesses.

You may use EnterGYM if you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are registering on behalf of a lawfully operating fitness business in India
• Provide accurate and complete gym and owner registration information
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws
• Have a valid GST registration number (if applicable for your billing tier)

When you create an EnterGYM account, a unique subdomain and isolated database is provisioned for your gym. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your admin login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your gym's account and subdomain
• Ensuring staff accounts you create are used only by authorized personnel
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access at support@entergym.in

EnterGYM is a subscription-based SaaS platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• You will receive a GST-compliant invoice for every payment made
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods already consumed
• We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes

EnterGYM provides the following tools as part of your subscription. Availability of specific features depends on your plan tier:

We continuously improve EnterGYM. We may add, modify, or retire features with reasonable prior notice. Core features will not be removed without providing an equivalent or better alternative.

You agree to use EnterGYM only for its intended purpose — managing a legitimate gym or fitness business. You must not:

• Use the platform to store, transmit, or process illegal content
• Attempt to access another gym's isolated data or subdomain
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the EnterGYM platform
• Use AI Face Attendance data for any purpose other than gym attendance
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the platform without written consent
• Send unsolicited spam through the WhatsApp reminder features
• Manipulate GPS coordinates to bypass geofenced attendance verification

You own your data. EnterGYM does not sell, share, or monetize your gym's member data to any third party.

• Member profiles, payment records, and attendance data belong to your gym
• Face recognition data (AI Attendance) is processed and stored only for your gym
• You may export your data at any time from the Admin Dashboard
• Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted
• We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest

The EnterGYM platform, including its codebase, design system, dashboard, mobile app, AI models, and all associated branding under Arrow SoftTech, are the exclusive intellectual property of Arrow SoftTech.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EnterGYM for the duration of your active subscription. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

Content you upload (gym logos, member photos, supplement product images) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant EnterGYM a limited license to display and process it solely for delivering the platform's services to you.

We target 99.98% monthly uptime for the EnterGYM platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via the Admin Dashboard and email notification.

• Planned maintenance is typically scheduled between 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM IST
• Push notification delivery depends on third-party services (FCM, Web Push)
• GPS attendance accuracy is subject to device hardware and location permissions

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, VPS provider outages, Cloudflare network disruptions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Arrow SoftTech's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to EnterGYM shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EnterGYM is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription from the Admin Dashboard at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, your subdomain and data are retained for 90 days before deletion

You are advised to export your member data and reports before requesting account closure.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business updates. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you via email and in-app Admin Dashboard notification
• We will provide at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect
• Continued use of EnterGYM after the effective date constitutes acceptance
• You may terminate your subscription if you do not agree with the revised Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EnterGYM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
